SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Method (within the continental US): Shipping is exclusively through UPS.  A valid street address must be provided during the ordering process.  If a shipment is delayed or missed due to an incorrect address, an issue or circumstances with UPS that is outside Atlas’ control, or any other issue or circumstances outside of Atlas’s control, Atlas assumes no responsibility for any additional costs to complete the shipment to the customer.  The customer agrees to pay any and all additional costs utilizing the credit card used for the order.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Doorinsulationkit.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

PRICING

Pricing for items sold on Doorinsulationkit.com are maintained as accurately as possible; however, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order the item.  In the unlikely event that one of the items in our product catalog may be mispriced and if an item's correct price is higher than the price stated on our website at the time your order is placed, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all order information prior to submitting order. 

If product is not damaged and complies with all order specifications, but does not meet customer’s expectation, please contact customer support at 800-917-9138 to assist in the return process.  The original order confirmation number is required for the return.  The customer will be responsible for all costs related to the return of the product, including shipping and handling.   The product must be returned in resalable form with all original labeling and other information received with the return shipment.  If the product is received in resalable form, credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original order. 

If the product is received in nonsaleable form, we reserve the right to charge, and the customer agrees to pay, a 25% restocking fee. The fee will be charged to the credit card used for the original order.  

Atlas does not allow returns and will not issue credit for product damaged by the customer. For product damaged by the customer, replacements will be sent at the customer’s request (via new order online), but customer will be responsible for all costs of the replacement order.

For product damaged during shipment, damage must be recorded with shipper at time of delivery, and the delivery must be rejected.  Please contact our customer support at 800-917-9138 to record damaged product and to coordinate a replacement order.  Please make sure you have the original order confirmation number available.  Replacements will be sent once shipper has verified rejected shipment or damage on original shipment.  Credit card utilized on the original order and shipment will be credited in full, including shipping and handling, and will be charged for all costs associated with the replacement order. 

Returns or credit for product purchased more than 30 days from date of notification is not permitted.  Returns or credit for discontinued product is not permitted.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
